Who We Hire
Thank you for your interest in El Ranchito! Working at camp requires some experience working with children outdoors, eagerness to be a great role model, flexibility working outdoors whatever the weather, and excellent maturity in a group setting. Each role has specific qualifications, please see the job descriptions below.
Life at Camp
El Ranchito is a residential nature camp in primitive tents. All employees live among the trees and under the starry sky in a tent camp setting without air conditioning and regular use of electronics. The desire to participant in a shared community is a must! Residency includes all meals, board and activities during staff training and the camp session. Staff have designated off and refresh time.
